Anna Banti

Anna Banti (nom de plume of Lucia Lopresti, 1895 – 1985) was an Italian writer.

She studied literature and history at the University of Rome and at the University of Bologna. Along with her husband, she founded and edited the art magazine Paragone. She worked as translator, literary and art critic.
